Responsibilities



v

Customer Engagement:



Greet customers, identify their needs and budget, and provide expert advice on suitable vehicle models and features.

v

Vehicle Demonstration:



Showcase vehicle capabilities, arrange and conduct test drives, and explain warranties and service options.

v

Sales & Negotiation:



Persuade customers to purchase vehicles, negotiate final sale prices, and overcome objections to close deals.

v

Relationship Management:



Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to build trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.

v

Sales Process Management:



Follow up on leads, manage the sales cycle, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

v

Team Collaboration:



Work with sales managers, finance departments, marketing, and after-sales service teams to ensure a smooth buying process.

v

Product & Industry Knowledge:



Stay updated on new car models, automotive technology, market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed guidance.

v

Sales Target Achievement:



Proactively work to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the dealership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Customer Service:

Strong ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport.

Negotiation & Persuasion:

Proven negotiation skills to secure sales and persuade customers.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of vehicle features, capabilities, and technology.

Sales & CRM Software:

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is beneficial.

v

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to work well with diverse personalities and maintain a professional and positive attitude.

v

Technical Skills:

Basic mathematics skills are needed for price calculations and financing.

Typical Requirements



u A high school diploma is generally required, though a bachelor's degree in business or marketing can be an advantage.

u Relevant sales experience, especially in retail or the automotive sector, is often preferred.
