Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives Drive field sales and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved Monitor team performance and provide training & coaching Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure timely reporting and market feedback collection

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in core sales and marketing Proven experience in team management
