Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies. Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
