Experience:

1-7 years in Sales & Marketing

Freshers with strong sales motivation may also apply

21-45 years

Male candidates only

Education:

Graduation / Master's Degree

Mandatory Requirements

Must own a

two-wheeler (bike)

Valid

driving license

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Required Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of

cement industry, construction commodities, and market dynamics

Understanding of

customer needs, dealer & contractor sales

Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a

target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads through

cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media

Promote and sell company products/services to customers, dealers, and contractors Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups using

CRM tools

Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary: ?18,000 - ?30,000 per month
