We're looking for an energetic and confident On-Site Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage directly with walk-in clients, showcase our projects, build relationships, and close sales. If you have great communication skills and enjoy meeting people, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients or site visitors.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
Conduct site visits and highlight key features.
Maintain a professional and persuasive attitude during interactions.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Maintain daily reports and customer records.
Collaborate with the marketing and management team for promotions and events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (Real Estate, Industrial, or Commercial industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Must be comfortable working on-site and meeting clients daily.
Basic computer or mobile CRM knowledge is a plus.
