To promote and sell diagnostic and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors while achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell diagnostic and surgical products to doctors, surgeons, pathologists, chemists, and distributors.
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with clients to generate orders and maintain strong business relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor and dealer network.
Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate for product dispatch.
Support company marketing initiatives and participate in medical exhibitions or events when required.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Diagnostic / Surgical / Pharma sales (Freshers with strong motivation can also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Reporting).
