We are currently hiring for the following roles:
- Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential buyers and investors.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
Conduct property tours and presentations for clients.
Showcase project features, pricing, and investment benefits effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media, and promotional events.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address client queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with clients.
Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales agreements and documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, documentation) to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client records for management review.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
