The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving business growth through direct sales, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads, meet prospective clients, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations for closures.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with management.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth client handling.
Manage and guide the sales team (Manager role).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated.
Good understanding of sales processes, documentation, and real estate/infrastructure market.
Ability to talk fluently in English , Hindi , Marathi
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline ( Marketing or Sales preferred).
Relevant experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction sales.
Good communication skills may be considered
Minimum 3 year to 6+ year experience Required
