is a growing brand in the FMCG sector, committed to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. We are expanding our presence in Kottayam and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive/Sales Officer to drive our B2B business and strengthen our distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors in the assigned territory.
Manage and support existing distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
Drive B2B sales by building strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the Central Territory Manager.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors.
Conduct periodic market visits to track distributor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, preferably in distributor management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of the local market in Kottayam is an added advantage.
Candidates with 2-wheeler preferred
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred most.
