Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Locations: Cochin ,Palakkad ,Thrissur

Salary: ?20,000-?25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Sales Executives/Officers to join our FMCG food products division. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in dealer and distributor sales, strong knowledge of the local market, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.

Manage existing dealer networks and maintain strong business relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth objectives.

Regularly visit retail outlets to ensure proper product visibility and availability.

Execute and monitor promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.

Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adhere to credit limits.

Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably food products.

Channel Experience: Strong exposure to dealer and distributor sales.

Location Knowledge: Familiarity with local market dynamics in Cochin, Palakkad, or Thrissur.

Communication: Good communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.

Mobility:

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Technology:

Basic proficiency in using MS Office and mobile reporting apps.
