Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in silver jewellery, outstanding communication skills, and a persuasive sales approach that aligns with Ekadhi's brand values. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the customer's shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewellery pieces Demonstrate product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to customers Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently Maintain attractive and organized product displays Keep up-to-date with latest collections, trends, and promotions Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash/digital payments Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and in-store campaigns Maintain inventory records and support stock management activities

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum High School Diploma; a degree or diploma in retail or sales is a plus Prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury product sales preferred Passion for silver jewellery and an eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per store hours Professional appearance and demeanor
