The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory. The role requires building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & MarketingPromote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, distributors, and hospitals.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Organize and conduct product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) programs, and awareness sessions.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.Market DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned area.Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing information.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements.Ensure timely submission of reports to the manager.ComplianceAdhere to company policies and industry ethical guidelines for pharmaceutical marketing.
