- Lead and manage sales of luxury eco-friendly residential properties
- Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Design personalized property presentations and site tours
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and close sales efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams for brand positioning and lead generation

- Proven senior sales experience (2+ years) in luxury real estate or related sector
- Deep understanding of eco-luxury housing concepts and sustainability trends
- Strong network in high-end property buyers/investors preferred
