We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation ability, and passion for achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
Promote and sell company products/services to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until order closure.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and recommend suitable solutions.
Ensure timely communication and support to customers for pre- & post-sales requirements.
Sales Target & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily/weekly reports including customer visits, inquiries, negotiations, and order status.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with positive attitude and result-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, presentations).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
