Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the sales floor.
Understand the customer's requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current automobile offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
Negotiate prices, close deals, and prepare sales contracts and documentation.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan and leasing options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in automobile sales or a related sales field (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of automotive technology and specifications.
Customer-focused with a strong drive for results.
Valid driver's license.
