Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage the entire sales team across regions or verticals.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure team performance aligns with goals.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams for alignment and smooth execution.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, pricing strategies, and compliance guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
