Handle end-to-end sales process including property presentations, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
Conduct market research and analyze property trends to support strategic sales decisions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Use CRM tools and real estate software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain sales records
