Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms (portals, social media, etc.).
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and facilitate site visits to project locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and Brokers to enhance lead inflow and sales conversion.
Proactively follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales in CRM systems.
Keep up-to-date with project details, pricing, promotions, and competition in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in residential or commercial segments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and client handling ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
Strong network with local brokers and channel partners is highly desirable.
Knowledge of real estate CRM tools is an added advantage.
