Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and outstanding customer service. You'll manage property transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms. Prepare and present offers and counteroffers. Guide clients through the property transaction process, including negotiations and closing procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and real estate laws.

Qualification:



Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role preferred. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and procedures. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
