Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, taking measurements, and reviewing design drawings to determine the most suitable elevator or escalator solution.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively seek out and develop relationships with clients, architects, and builders to promote elevator products and services.

Proposal & Tender Management:

Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and tenders for projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and are submitted for consideration.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets for elevators, escalators, and modernization services through effective sales strategies and market awareness.
Technical Explanation:
Explain the technical aspects of complex elevator products and systems to clients in understandable terms.

Contract Negotiation & Project Management:

Negotiate contracts, ensure they align with company processes, and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure projects are scheduled and completed on time and to satisfaction.

Market & Competitive Analysis:
