Experience: 2+ years of experience in Export / International Sales Minimum 2-5 years in OFC / Telecom / Cable Manufacturing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow export sales business for OFC products.
Develop international market strategy for new and existing regions.
Manage key global accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Drive high-value negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements.
Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain for capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and payment security.
Represent the company at international trade fairs and client meetings.
Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion targets.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team-handling capability.
In-depth knowledge of OFC products, specifications, and global standards.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in handling large export orders and global clients.
