Sales Executive/Sales Manager (Bath Fittings Products)

Job Location:

Trivandrum / Kochi

Base Location:

As per candidate's region

Experience:

3+ years (Similar field in any industry)

Salary:

No bar for suitable candidate

Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Outstation travel (15-20 days per month) in the assigned Territory.

Regularly visit dealers to understand challenges and support business growth.

Develop and expand distributor and dealer network in the assigned territory.

Follow up on orders, dispatches, and timely payment collections.

Identify and develop new customers while maintaining balance among existing dealers.

Ensure monthly visits to all dealers in the territory.

Improve brand visibility through basic branding and promotional activities.

Conduct plumber meets and support local promotional initiatives.

Carry out market surveys and share feedback with Head Office.

Meet end users, consultants, architects and government/semi-government bodies for product promotion and approvals.

Ensure regular reporting, CRM compliance and execution of assigned tasks.

Skills required:

Experience in similar or relevant Industry

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
