We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Professional with 3+ years of proven experience in sales and client management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to travel and explore markets, and a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Role and Responsibility



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through online platforms, client meetings, and networking activities. Handle end-to-end client communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Travel extensively to explore potential markets, attend client meetings, and close deals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Negotiate and finalize agreements/contracts with clients for long-term business growth. Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and insights to management for strategy building. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Nice to have



Prior experience in IT/software sales or service-based industries. Knowledge of digital marketing/sales automation tools. Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, networking events, or referrals. Multilingual skills for dealing with diverse clients. Existing client base or network in the relevant industry.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B domain).
