Role Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive/ Manager (Male) to support our business development efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to project acquisition within the healthcare infrastructure, pharma machinery, and turnkey projects sectors

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, emails, and networking Understand project requirements and introduce BM EPC's capabilities and solutions Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information and activity logs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business goals Build and nurture long-term client relationships Represent BM EPC in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitive activities, and industry trends

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in EPC, pharma, or healthcare- related industries Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project visits Proficiency in MS Office tools; CRM knowledge is a plus Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
