About the Role
We are hiring Sales Executives and Sales Managers with strong experience in SaaS-based B2B sales, preferably in cloud telephony or cloud-based business services. The ideal candidate will be based in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
Own Revenue Targets: Take charge of achieving revenue goals from new and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Sales Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to define revenue targets and strategy.
Forecasting: Understand sales trends and provide accurate sales and revenue forecasts.
Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring a seamless experience.
Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payment collection and reconciliation from clients.
Candidate Profile
Graduate (Postgraduate/MBA preferred)
Prior experience in SaaS, Cloud Telephony, CRM, ERP, or related tech-based B2B sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh
