Maintaining a long term good relationship with the customers and approaching them for up-sale.
Driving the company's sales and the overall business growth.
Managing the leads from start to end, from calls to conversation.
Presenting the property in an impressive way.
Addressing the customer's queries and enquiries.
Managing records and databases. Presenting reports
Achieving targets and running after the goal completion and deadlines.

The candidates must have an experience of 2 to 4 years in sales and preferably in real estate.
