Role Overview
This is a hybrid sales role combining consultative inside sales with on-ground field sales execution.
As a Sales Executive / Sales Consultant, you will represent Harold Premium Lights' brand experience--engaging with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and premium clients to deliver tailored lighting solutions. The role demands confidence, ownership, relationship-building skills, and a strong closing mindset.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Inside Sales & Consultative Selling
  • Connect with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Understand client requirements and recommend decorative and architectural lighting solutions
  • Conduct sales discussions via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, showroom visits, and site consultations
  • Present lighting concepts aligned with design intent, functionality, and budget
  • Confidently close high-value and project-based sales
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain follow-ups and ensure post-sale client satisfaction
  • Field Sales & B2B Development
  • Conduct daily field visits in assigned markets
  • Meet shop owners, distributors, vendors, builders, and contractors
  • Generate new B2B leads and expand channel presence
  • Provide product demonstrations and pricing discussions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Position: Sales Executive / Sales Consultant
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales (inside sales, field sales, B2B, or project sales preferred)
Age Limit: Below 35 years
Education: No specific qualification criteria (performance and attitude matter more than degrees)
Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality
  • Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales and site visits
  • Interest or exposure to lighting, interiors, architecture, or building materials is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure constructively
