Sales Executive / Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

To reply all inquiries, ONLINE marketing/sales tracking for all websites / registered online portals

To Conduct Feasibility Study of inquiries received.

To call/meet existing and potential Clients Regularly.

To Collect the data of requirements from customers / potential buyers .

Update all Websites / online registered Portals (India mart/Tradeindia/tatanexarc/GEM/L&T SUFIN etc.) with latest product details.

Ensure Clear Communication with Customer and Production Team and Management

To Track Customer Complaints

Responsible to analyse feedbacks from market & give correct information to HOD- business development (strategy department).

To Measure customer satisfaction survey and track actions on the results.

Skills Required : 1 or 2 yrs exp as sales co ordinator or sales. Good in Communication Both written and oral. Go Getter Attitude required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
