About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Associate to join our sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients to close sales deals.
Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service and support.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and product exhibitions as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; fresh candidates with a strong sales aptitude are welcome.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹8,599.07 - ₹26,657.11 per month
