The Car Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional sales and after-sales service. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, understanding customer needs, and promoting the dealership's products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls/social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, variants, and financing options.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranty, and after-sales services in detail.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proforma invoices, and necessary documentation for booking and delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, new launches, schemes, and competitors' products.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance department for customer loan and insurance processing.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, bookings, and pending payments.
Ensure smooth delivery experience and timely vehicle handover.
Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
Update and maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
Participate in marketing and promotional events organized by the dealership.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Automobile background)
Experience:
1-3 years in automobile retail sales (freshers with good communication can also apply)
License:
Valid four-wheeler driving license
