Job Title:

Sales Executive - B2C Sales

Roorkee, Uttarakhand

Salary:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month (performance incentives may apply)

Education & Experience:

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)

Experience:

1-2 years in direct (B2C) sales, field sales, or retail sales

Gender:

Open to both male and female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for company products/services. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers. Close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Stay updated with competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good understanding of B2C sales and consumer behavior Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality Willingness to travel locally as part of sales duties
