Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to drive sales of our furniture products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable furniture solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture products Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order processing and deliveries Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and follow-up status

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) Proven experience in furniture, interior, retail, or related sales field Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and in a team Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
