Job Overview:



We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to engage with potential clients

exclusively for Broker account openings

through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Your goal is to convert leads into

active broker account holders,

track conversions, and deliver excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Reach out to potential leads via telecalling, WhatsApp, and email to pitch

Broker account opening benefits

. Follow up with leads for completing KYC, UPI verification, and final account activation. Maintain accurate lead data and call logs using CRM tools and sales tracking sheets. Coordinate with internal teams for service activation, technical support, and client feedback. Re-target warm leads and maximize conversion opportunities. Achieve weekly and monthly sales and account opening targets. Provide after-sales assistance and basic guidance to new broker account holders.

Who You Are:



Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred). Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer service -- preferably in

finance, fintech, or edtech

. Comfortable using CRM platforms, Excel, or Google Sheets for tracking leads and performance. Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
