We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Meet prospective clients and present company products/services
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research and identify customer needs
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel (if field sales role)
Work Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
