Role Overview



The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting aqua or beverage products, maintaining customer relationships, developing and supporting market expansion in the assigned area.

1.Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and product launches.

2. Customer & Dealer Management



Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts Ensure timely deliveries, stock availability, and merchandising at retail points. Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

3. Market Development



Conduct market surveys to track competitor products, pricing, and promotions. Collect feedback from customers to improve sales strategies. Support brand visibility through product displays, demos, and events. Ability to appoint and handle new Distributors and new retailers

4. Reporting & Coordination



Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and daily call reports. Training and development of reporting sales team Timely submission of MIS reports. Report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to
management.

Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth
execution.

5. Compliance & Process



Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and credit terms. Follow proper documentation and reporting standards. Uphold ethical sales practices at all times.

6. Market Research & Relationship Building



Stay updated with the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks and industry demands. Build strong professional relationships with candidates and industry professionals. Attend online networking events, job fairs and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract talent.

7.Reporting & Performance Tracking



Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases, interview feedback and hiring outcomes.

Pay: ?9,446.90 - ?15,000.00 per month
