Role Overview

We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and customer-focused Sales Executive who understands luxury retail and has a deep appreciation for Indian craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide personalized styling and product guidance Communicate the brand story, craftsmanship details, and design philosophy effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently Handle billing, order processing, and coordination for bespoke or made-to-measure orders Maintain visual merchandising standards and store aesthetics Manage client follow-ups, alterations, and after-sales service Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation Support store events, trunk shows, and private client appointments
Desired Profile

2-5 years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, or premium retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and styling Polished appearance with a professional and refined demeanor Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of customer service Ability to handle UHNI / HNI clientele with discretion and confidence Comfortable working weekends and during high-traffic hours
