Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online portals
Meet clients and understand their property requirements
Arrange and conduct site visits
Present property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Coordinate booking, documentation, and payment processes
Maintain and update client records in CRM
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
Experience in real estate sales minimum 2 year

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
