Gulab is one of India's trusted edible oil and food brands with a strong presence across multiple states. We are expanding our distribution network in Maharashtra and looking for passionate and experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities



Visit retailers daily to ensure stock availability and take order bookings. Work closely with distributors and ensure timely supply to retail counters. Increase product placement and enhance shelf visibility across outlets. Execute trade schemes and ensure POS (Point-of-Sale) branding materials are properly placed. Maintain strong relations with retailers and collect market feedback. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the manager. Identify and expand business in

A+ and A class premium retail stores

, as our oil is a premium product.

Manage and grow the existing distributor network while identifying opportunities for new distributors in untapped areas.


Requirements



1 to 4 years of experience in FMCG field sales.

Preferred: Experience in edible oil or similar food categories.

Good understanding of premium retail stores and modern trade counters. Willingness for extensive field travel and regular market visits. Local candidates preferred.
