The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role involves lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, visits, social media, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product presentations and demos.
Follow up with customers for inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Provide accurate sales reports to the manager.
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
