We are a fast-growing wellness startup looking for a motivated

Sales Executive

who can support our expansion across corporates, colleges, and institutions. This role requires someone who understands people, communicates confidently, and can build strong client relationships. Candidates with a background in

Psychology, Marketing, or Sales

will find this role especially aligned with their strengths, as the job blends human understanding with strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Identifying and approaching potential clients (corporates, colleges, institutions) Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Pitching and explaining our counseling, wellness, and training services Scheduling and participating in client meetings and presentations Maintaining lead pipelines, trackers, and follow-up schedules Supporting proposal creation, quotations, and documentation Coordinating internally to ensure smooth service delivery Building and maintaining long-term client relationships Assisting with additional sales or operational tasks as required in a startup setup

Qualifications

Background in

Psychology, Marketing, or Sales

(fresher-1 year preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and client-friendly Target-oriented, organized, and good with follow-ups Willingness to learn, adapt, and multitask in a startup environment Based in Jaipur.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
