Profile:

Sales Executive

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition



Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Sales & Revenue Targets



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Promote company products/services to customers and close sales deals. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Coordination



Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for order fulfillment. Update CRM or reporting sheets regularly with client interaction details.

5. Market Intelligence



Gather competitor information, market trends, and pricing updates. Provide feedback to the management to improve products or sales strategies.

6. Brand Representation



Represent the company professionally during field visits, exhibitions, or client meetings. Follow company dress code, conduct standards, and communication protocols.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
