Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The candidate should be passionate about interior design and furniture, have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
-Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and leads to convert them into confirmed orders
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand product offerings and promote them effectively
-Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, order follow-ups, and customer data in Zoho CRM
-Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
-Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and site visits when required
-Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely delivery
-Provide feedback from clients to management for continuous improvement in products and services
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the furniture/interior/retail sector)
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho CRM, and digital sales platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality
