Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive

with

1-2 years of experience

in a

furniture showroom

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of

furniture products, home decor, and customer service

. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist

walk-in customers

in selecting furniture and home decor products. Understand customer needs and recommend

suitable furniture styles, materials, and designs

. Provide product demonstrations and explain

features, pricing, and offers

. Maintain a strong understanding of

furniture trends, materials, and market demand

. Coordinate with the

warehouse team

for timely product delivery. Manage

billing, invoicing, and payment processing

as per company guidelines. Handle

customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

efficiently. Maintain an organized and visually appealing

showroom display

. Keep track of

stock levels and customer preferences

to suggest reordering. Make calls on leads generation

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong

sales and negotiation skills

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to understand

customer preferences and suggest appropriate products

. Basic knowledge of

furniture materials, finishes, and modular furniture

is an advantage. Proficiency in

MS Office, POS software, and CRM tools

(Preferred). Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

Prior experience in a

furniture showroom, home decor, or retail sales

is preferred.

Certification in

Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management

is a plus.
