Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Expand product placement and visibility within the assigned territory.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in developing local marketing activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and promotional execution.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (modern trade/general trade preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
