We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with 1-2 years of experience in selling IT services and software products. You will be responsible for generating new business, building a robust sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets by effectively communicating the value of our solutions to potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
Conduct detailed needs analysis with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored IT service and product solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to secure new business.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful deal closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience
in a sales role, specifically within the
IT services or software product industry
.
Must be willing to commit to the
6-month probation period
.
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Proven experience in
IT services sales
(e.g., custom software development, cloud consulting, IT staffing) and/or
software product sales

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales process management.
Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
