Job Profile - Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales orders. The role requires clear communication, client relationship management, and coordination with production and R&D teams to ensure smooth order execution and product innovation. Incentives are provided on calls and successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and connect with new clients, understand needs, and close orders.
2. Maintain clear communication and strong client relationships.
3. Coordinate with production meetings and share client feedback.
4. Support new product development with the R&D team.
5. Strategize daily work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Earn incentives on calls and conversions through strong performance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
