Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic

Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This role primarily involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of our products, and converting leads into successful sales. Proficiency in computer applications, especially spreadsheets and CRM systems, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell

Company products

. Explain product features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively. Maintain and update customer records in spreadsheets and CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Share feedback with the product team based on customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Proven sales experience

(outbound calling experience is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software. Strong verbal communication skills (Intermediate to Fluent English). Ability to understand and explain technical products. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time role

Standard working hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
