Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs, market trends, and competition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer reach.
Provide timely feedback and after-sales support to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
