We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence for our manufacturing products. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing sector.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide feedback from the market to improve products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/industrial products.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
