Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive
Sales Executives
to join our growing team. You'll be the face of Metablock Technologies to potential clients, responsible for lead generation, client communication, and closing deals under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.
Present and pitch Metablock's services to prospects in a clear and professional manner.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound queries.
Maintain client database and update CRM software with lead status.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
Support the sales manager in daily activities and deal closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or IT preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in talking to clients and building relationships.
Interest or basic understanding of digital/IT services (training will be provided).
Freshers can apply. Prior sales/internship experience is a plus.
